    • Items must be returned with original tags attached and in original packaging.
    • We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these criteria or are submitted outside the 14-day window.

    Return Expectations

    • We cannot accept returns for refunds on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
    • We may offer store credit or exchange for sale items or pre-ordered items, but refunds will not be granted on these purchases.

    Return Process

    • Include your order number and a clear description of the reason for your return request.
    • Once we receive your request and approve it, we will provide you with a return shipping authorization and instructions.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    Refund Processing 

    • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping costs.
